- CAMEO Network is a national coalition of more than 400 mission-driven organizations working to strengthen the systems that support microbusinesses and small employers. Its members include CDFIs, microlenders, business support organizations, and technical assistance providers that collectively serve entrepreneurs through access to capital, training, and advisory services.
- Rather than working directly with individual businesses, CAMEO Network focuses on building the capacity of the organizations that serve them. By expanding resources, shared services, and operational tools for its members, CAMEO Network helps strengthen small business support infrastructure nationwide, with a strong base in California and reach across multiple states.

Our work together
Through support from Mastercard Strive USA, CAMEO Network is strengthening and scaling its Shared Services Center, a core platform that helps CDFIs and business support organizations operate more effectively and sustainably.
This grant supports investments in technology systems, operational efficiencies, and new technical assistance services, while advancing a social enterprise model that blends earned revenue with outside investment. The work also expands Shared Services Center participation in Strive USA target geographies and deploys Mastercard’s Capability Stack and national partner tools to strengthen the digital and operational capacity of ecosystem organizations and the small businesses they serve.
