AMH Catalyst Center: A new model for fueling women-led startups at scale

Our programs

AMH Catalyst Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing the number of high growth firms led by women founders by leveraging venture capital and new technology tools such as AI and blockchain

How AMH Catalyst Center supports small businesses in the United States

  • Despite leading some of the most innovative and scalable ventures, women founders received just 2% of all U.S. venture capital funding year after year. AMH Catalyst Center is working to change that.
  • Launched as a nonprofit innovation lab, AMH Catalyst Center is rethinking how capital flows and for whom. By redesigning systems that have historically excluded women, the Center aims to unlock both social and financial returns for the broader venture ecosystem. Its work focuses on making capital more transparent, equitable, and responsive to the realities of building a business as a woman founder.

Program overview

Our work together

  • Seed funding from Mastercard Strive USA helped launch AMH Catalyst Center in March 2025. Since then, the organization has begun building a next-generation platform that puts advanced tools — including AI and blockchain infrastructure — directly in the hands of women entrepreneurs.
  • At the heart of this work is a digital platform that equips women founders with AI-powered tools, expert guidance, and community support, simplifying everything from pitch development and financial modeling to marketing automation, while also providing direct access to funding pathways from aligned investors and venture firms.
  • In parallel, AMH Catalyst Center is producing insight reports and policy recommendations to shift how the venture capital field approaches equity, transparency, and long-term innovation.

This grant from Mastercard Strive USA was catalytic in launching our vision. It’s not just about funding a platform, it’s about fueling a movement to reimagine how women access capital and grow high-impact ventures. We believe the legacy of this partnership will be a more transparent and equitable venture ecosystem, where women founders thrive not by exception, but by design.
